Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Season the chicken. Pat chicken thighs dry. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning all over each thigh.

Wrap in bacon. Wrap 2 rashers of bacon around each chicken thigh, overlapping slightly. Tuck the ends underneath.

Arrange on tray. Place wrapped thighs seam-side down on the prepared tray. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake. Cook for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Rest and serve. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
