Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Make the rub. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, pepper, and salt.

Prep the pork. Pat pork shoulder dry. Rub spice mixture all over, getting into any crevices.

Set up slow cooker. Pour broth and vinegar into the slow cooker. Place pork on top, fat side up.

Cook low and slow. Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours, or HIGH for 6-8 hours. The meat should easily pull apart with a fork.

Shred. Transfer pork to a cutting board. Remove any bones and large fat pieces. Shred with two forks.

Combine with juices. Return shredded pork to the slow cooker. Toss with cooking juices. Season with more salt if needed.
